I would like to come in a view the space, do I need an appointment to do so?
Yes, it is always required that you have an appointment with us ahead of time. There is a link at the top of this page to a 3D virtual tour of the second floor. Please fill out the inquiry form on our events page below and we will get you in as soon as possible. Please Note: We try to respond as quickly as possible to all emails and inquiries. It may take us a couple of days to respond during the peek season months. If you do not see a response within 72 hours please also check your spam/junk email.
How do I secure my event date?
We work on a first come first serve basis and cannot guarantee the desired booking date. No event is considered booked until we receive the non-refundable $1000 deposit and signed contract. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer of $1000 that is applied to the facility fee. At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates YLBC for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients. We use an online client relations system called Honey Book with built-in brochures, proposals and contracts. A valid credit card must be on file for all events.
Is there a minimum and max head count to rent the 2nd floor loft?
We have a 40 person minimum and we can seat up to 100 guests at full capacity for receptions for rental of the loft. PLEASE NOTE...Due to current NYS restrictions on gatherings, we are only allowed a max of 50 guests for events.
What packages do you offer for facility rental?
April-December facility fees vary based on what’s included in packages for private use of the space and allotted hours of use. (No Private Events Jan-Mar)
Lunch/Brunch Reception venue access 10-3pm,
Cocktail Reception (no seating) venue access 4-10pm, (This package is not currently available due to Covid seating regulations)
Casual Dinner Reception venue access 4-10pm
Wedding Reception venue access 1-10:30pm

Can I get Round Tables and different chairs for guest seating?
We can rent 60″ rounds (seats 6-8 each), Squares (seats 8 each) and a variety of chairs for additional costs.
Can I bring my own food?
No, all food must come from a licensed caterer or bakery. No homemade food is allowed to be brought in.
Where do my guests park during the event?
We have parking available behind our building in Pinnacle North or 2 hour parking on Lakeshore Drive. For parties over 100 shuttle service for your guests is recommended.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No, all alcohol must be ordered and supplied by Young Lion.
Do you serve liquor in addition to beer, wine and hard cider?
No, we do not have serve hard liquor. Sparkling wine or champagne can be added to your event for an additional charge on your bar package.
What are my bar options?
We have 1, 2 or 3 hour open bar packages priced per person. Cash or Consumption bar are also available. All with valid ID, plus tax and service fees.
I’m booked, What steps do I take for catering?
Once you have signed our contract you will choose from our list of caterers and contact them directly. You will plan and be billed directly by your caterer for all food and food servers. Some have preset menus to choose from and others do custom menu planning. They are all well seasoned professionals and we truly enjoy working with them to make each event a success. We are happy to send an introductory email to start the conversation.
Can we use a caterer that’s not on your list?
We have carefully curated our list of caterers to ensure every event is successful with execllent service and delicious food. Over the last few years we have worked to developed great relationships with our caterers and truly enjoy working alongside each of them for all our events. We do not work with caterers outside of our pre-approved list.
